Generally they are as followed:-
Merit scholarships: On the basis of overall academic achievement.
Need-Based Scholarships: Designed to fund the less-fortunate students in their academic pursuits.

You can pursue Ph.D. in maths. For that go to website of your choice university or institution and download application form. Application form with relevant documents and fees is to be submitted to the university. After scrutiny of your application, you will be informed to appear in Ph.d. entrance exam for which syllabus would be provided. Once you clear the entrance, you will be required to submit fees and will be registered.

After B.Sc Maths, there are several options :
1) You may opt for M.Sc if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch.
2) You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line. You may sit for entrances such as CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP etc.
3) You may even opt for MCA. You need to sit for entrance exam.
4) You may opt for several other exams such as UPSC, Bank PO, DRDO, BHEL etc.
