A Das Gupta and Cengage are some of the best books for JEE with lots of multiple choice questions. A Das Gupta has many unsolved and solved questions whereas Cengage is known for the quality of questions included in the material. I recommend you to go with A Das Gupta first as the terminology is difficult in Cengage.But, not only to solve das gupta is enough for your JEE preparation. It consist of limited and less explored questions.Cengage is a very good book for mathematics and questions are of different variety from easy to hard.

Yes you can take admission in bca but you will face problems because in first semester their is discrete mathematics and in second semester their is applied maths.
