You can use the following ways to get MCQ Questions:-
1. Read the book line by line and make as many MCQs as you want out of it. This will help you to boost your content knowledge and will help to make a good grip on that subject.
2. You can also use various online websites available which provides free access to so many MCQs. They will make your work easy.
3. For Maths try to make your own MCQ through the back questions available at the back of each chapter.
4. Vast varieties of MCQ can be made just by changing the numerical values of questions in Physics also, so make use of it. You can use these ways to have MCQ Questions.

I Don't think this subject will help you much in medicine because in the entrance you are only concerned with the Biology Chemistry and Physics and after that, mostly Biology Chemistry or in fact biochemistry. There may be some connection but not that much as expected.
