JEE Main scores are used for admissions in Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) and National Institute of Technology (NITs).
Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Advanced)- JEE Advanced can only be applied by applicants who passed the JEE Main exam previously.
Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE)- It is a university level entrance exam conducted by campuses in Chennai and Vellore.
The most common entrance examination is IIT JAM.

Hi Vaibhav! If you properly invest your some time in studying Maths especially the syllabus of NIOS Maths then it will not be that hard for you to pass the exam. Just keep in mind, NIOS question papers aren't that hard, but Copies are checked very strictly So, try to Study Maths from a book of a good author which can clear all your concept easily and enhance your thinking skills so that you can solve your questions easily. There's no need to take Maths in class 12th to be a Paleontologist. Also, It Doesn't matter that you passed standard. 10th Exam With Basic Maths. What matters is that you have to take Science in class 11th and 12th either PCM or PCB for further study in this field.

Of course yes. You can take admission in BCA even if you don't have CS in class 12th. It is not compulsory to have math or CS in class 12th to take admission in BCA although some colleges are there that requires math in class 12th to take admission in.

Getting admission in NITs require general rank below 30000. It would be safe if you get that. You may get NITs till 40000 somehow. So coming for EWS quota there will be 10% increment in seats.
