The Candidates who have completed two years Pre - University Course of Karnataka state or its equivalent are eligible for admission into this programme. So Mathematics is not needed here.

Yes, definitely you can take admission in any college. Maths is not compulsory to get admission in college especially in the commerce stream. Well if u prepare for maths of class 12 even without having that particular subject sscbs allows a none math student
