That will completely depend on this year's cutoffs. But you should have studied maths in class 12th in order to qualify. Maths is not necessary to include in the best 4 but you should have it as one of the subjects studied in class 12th.

Maths, Physics and Chemistry are the main subject of 12th PCM stream. So for clearing 12th you must have to pass all these subjects. So you will be considered as failed.

The aggregates score is calculated and not separate subjects. You can check the same from the websites of good colleges.

If you are asking about the PGMT or M.Sc. Mathematics course of NSOU, than you are eligible for doing this course. The eligibility criteria of PGMT is Passed Graduation (Three-Year Course) with Hons. in Mathematics.
