In many colleges yes you can, it depends on which college you want to take admission, because there are lot of colleges that give admission in M.Sc Maths on basis just graduation in any course.

For B.Tech, you need to study Science at first. Commerce is totally different from Engineering/Science. For B.Tech maths, physics and chemistry are mandatory. You can do MBA, BA BBA or commerce courses after taking Non-medical, but you cannot do B.Tech after studying commerce subjects. Thank y
