This is for all universities :
For B.TECH CS - requirement is PCM in class 12th.
For BCA - 12th with minimum 50% marks in total (any stream) and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.

Please see the difference between the qualifications required for PRT / TGT / PGT teachers. Essential Qualification for (PRT) Teacher: Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.)
