As you are from Maths stream and maths subject is covered by CSIR-NET. You are supposed to apply for CSIR-NET. This exam is mainly conducted for the Post-Graduation students who are from Science stream
CSIR-NET is conducted in 5 subjects excluding the compulsory subject which is General Aptitude.

2. Chemical Sciences
3. Physical Sciences
4. Mathematical Sciences
5. Earth Sciences.

Well, according to the eligibility criteria, you should have secured 50% marks in aggregate in order to be eligible for the entrance exam.
