Yes, you can. MBA in Data Analytics is often accept students from various UG backgrounds, like Engineering, Science, Art, and more. A BBA in Data Analytics might provide a foundational understanding of concepts, it's not a strict requirement for admission into an MBA in Data Analytics program

I think you should go with B.Sc. Statistics, because B.Sc. Data Science students have big competition with B.Tech CSE students and most of the companies prefers to select the B.Tech CSE students in place of B.Sc. Students.
