You have a good academic profile. A good score in CAT preferably above 98 percentile will be good enough to get a call from IIMs. Just prepare well for CAT join a good coaching institute and test series. Apart from CAT score, a good performance in WAT/PI is also needed to grab a seat in IIM.

None of the colleges provide approval for admission in MBA without having written any of the entrance tests.

With all the information explored till now on Google, you have maximum chances of being in the first two colleges as written by you and they do have a good brand name.

All of your graduation, HSC, SSC scorecards, gap certificate (if any) and other documents like Pan, Aadhar, registration forms are required.

DEC 2017 is safer.
Mist institutes take into account 6 months latest scores from admission date.

IMT Nagpur is better than XIME, Kochi in terms of placement, ROI. Location wise Both are same. XIME, Kochi has small batch size in compare to XIME, Kochi.

Your CAT Percentule is low.
You can try again CAT exam or try another college.
Your academics is also not much attractive.
