CAT The core sections of CAT examination include Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Quantitative Aptitude, and Verbal Ability. The exam is for 140 minutes, with 70 minutes to answer 30 questions within each section. This is the exam conducted by Iims and is accepted by most B-Schools. XAT The core sections are Decision Making, Verbal and Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, and Essay & General Awareness. The exam duration is 2 hours 40 minutes. The CAT exam is for various colleges and is centrally accepted by all the institutes. XAT on the other hand is an entrance test for the Xavier's group of colleges. If Human resource is your target, then the most premiere institute is XLRI, Jamshedpur which selects candidates through XAT. So, depending upon your target college, you should select the entrance test.

Hi Rohit;
Since scores under CMAT are accepted for All india seats and cut off the same are very high. So it's not possible to get a good college at this score for MS. However, you can try for PGDM in Chetana's/ Dalmia/Sides/ Welingkar/KJ. You will get through if you perform well in GDPI.

Chances in cap round are blick. But you can try for ILS seats in Chetana's/SIES. You can also try for PGDM in Chetana 's / SIES; You will get through if you perform well in GDPI.

It is hard to get good college for MS at this score. However, you can try for PGDM in Chetana's/SIES. You will get through if you perform well in GDPI.

MAT is exam is not accepted for MS seats. However, it is accepted for OMS seats (15%).
