The average for HR specialization ranges from Rs. 5-6.5 LPA. The highest package offered till date is Rs. 9.5 LPA by Kwench Consulting.
With a score of 65 percentile, you can very well apply to Asia-Pacific Institute of Management.

You can apply for N.L Dalmia Institute of Management Studies based on this score for PGDM. After this, you will be given a particular date on which your GD-PI process will be scheduled. Based on your performance you will be selected.

IBS-Hyderabad is a good college as compared to rest IBS campuses. These colleges have big student strength so, at times, you will end up with a low package. I would suggest you go to other colleges, considering your CMAT percentile.

Hi, yes you are eligible for CAT. You just need to do a planned study in math since you feel you are weak in that subject. Being an experienced person in the same field I would like to suggest you to solve practice question papers as many as you can, this will help you in scoring and accuracy in your answer.
Good Luck.
