Well, you won't get salary, it is an entrance test for MBA, and so you will get admissions in good college if you score well.

Yes you are eligible, the eligibility criteria is only 60% and you can also get scholarships after admission because of your MAT score.

You have cleared it. Just your scores are quite low. Although, do not worry. Many colleges are there that give weightage to class 10th and class 12th graduation marks and group discussions and personal interview rounds equally. So, you may look out for such colleges.
