You can hardly get any colleges in such a low score. But there are few colleges which select students on the basis of their profile. Following are the colleges where you can apply,
1. Athena School Of Management, Mumbai (Profile Based)
2. IMT, Nagpur
3. ITM, Navi Mumbai
4. UBS, Karjat (Raigad District - 80km away from Mumbai)

To be frank your SI score will be very low with these marks. IIT, Delhi takes into consideration all the marks and extra-curricular. Students even with good CAT score don't make it to next stage if SI score is low. So as per my understanding, it is very difficult to get in even 1st stage of the process with these marks if you are a general category student.
