No, It will reduce your scope area. CAT is always preferred by most of colleges however, XAT is for particular college.

You should look to score above 99.9 percentile in CAT to stand a reasonably good chance of getting into FMS Delhi.

FMS Delhi gives majority of weightage to CAT score itself, while shortlisting or even during selection.
Try to score above 99.9 percentile in CAT and you should stand a chance, inspite of the low academics.

ASB Coimbatore accepts high MAT scores along with decent CAT and XAT scores. With only MAT score, chances are less to get a seat. All the Best!
