Hello,
The dates for the MAH-MBA CET exam won't be announced so early, as it is usually conducted in the month of March. You can expect the dates to be out by mid or early January.

For CAT, you must have 55% in graduation if you belong to general category. In 3rd year, you can give CAT and for this, you should be good in all the areas i.e. quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, verbal ability and reading comprehension.

The eligibility criteria of the Common Admission Test or CAT refers that any MBA aspirant who has completed or appeared in the Bachelors Degree final examination with minimum 50 percent aggregate are eligible to appear for the test.

If you are very good at programming and languages, then you don't even require an MBA. But if you want to do MBA, then have some experience.

If you intend to pursue MBA out side Maharashtra, CAT is relevant. If the intention is to pursue MBA in institutes within Maharashtra, you can go for MAT. CAT is more widely accepted and is considered to be a degree tougher than MAT.
