MBA Entrance Exam

Dear Manish, both the options are good. However, CA is more better and challenging. It is a statutory designation. The certification is itself very tough and covers every aspect to make a candidate expert in the area of accountancy and taxation. If a person successfully completed the certification, than he /she can work as a full time CA for any organisation, practice privately or can get into the field of - "Sharing Knowledge", that is teaching other CA aspirants. Last date of registration for CAT 2017 is 25th September and the exam will be on 26th November.

KMAT will be held in October 8th.

You have to utilize this 1 year gap. There are so many online certification courses to do. From these courses, you will get knowledge as well as certificates, both will help you in the future. If you are inclined towards any particular specialisation for MBA, then try to do certificates in that field only. You can complete 1 course in 3 to 6 days by spending 2 hours daily. These courses will give a broad idea about MBA and its specialisations.

Take a study material and start studying chapter wise, solve problems on that topic and take 2 tests after every chapter. You have to analyze your 1st test that where you did the mistake and work on it and then take 2nd test with full preparation so that you'll finish that topic right away.
Note- Make notes of all important formulas and points somewhere so that at the exam time you can make a quick recap. Or you can get the formula files online also.
If you are already done with chapter wise study then you just need to take tests and brush up the topics in which you are finding difficulties.

If you manage to get somewhere around 80 percentile, you can expect good colleges in your hand, although, it all depends upon the cut-off.
