No, IIMs consider only CAT score which is a yearly exam conducted in Nov/Dec. This year onwards IIMs have profile based calls. Minimum score required is 93-94 percentile unless your profile is exceptionally good. IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta and Lucknow are the top 4 IIMs.
Other top colleges accepting CAT score are FMS Delhi, MDI Gurgaon, SPJIMR Mumbai, IITs (only for engineers).

You have to score above 60 percentile in CAT.

If you are graduating in the year 2018, then yes, you are eligible for getting admission into the college.

That is a good score. You can apply for the best colleges in Pune and Mumbai but some of the institutes again conduct their own GD and PI. So, prepare for the same.

It would be around 400. You need to score more than the expected cut-off to secure a seat.

Yes, you can get admission with 84 marks in CMAT.
