TIMES, IMS and career launcher are some of the best coaching institutes across India. Apart from that, you should start your own preparation. Later, you can take coaching, again you need to solve old papers. This is methodology. All the best.

No, you must focus on the MBA exam preparation, because they are very tough, but if you are very keen to take Diploma in any course, then you can go for it. But, Diploma course must be helpful for you, or similar to the field in which you want to pursue your career. Or, you can go for preparation now and during your MBA course you can go for Diploma through correspondence.

To get a call from an old IIM, your focus should be on getting above 95% marks in CAT with sectional cut of around 80 percentile.
If you belong to reserved category, you can receive 80 percentile, then you can perform well at GDPI also.

Hi,
There is no specific coaching class which can be called 'best'. It depends upon how well you utilise the resources given by them. Though, you can consider the likes of TIME, IMS, Career Launcher, etc. And if possible, do attend their demo lecture to have a better idea of their teaching methodology. I hope it helps.
