PGDM requires the candidate to go through the GDPI round for which you have to apply in each college individually.
For MMS, admission takes place through the CAP round by the DTE for which only one form is to be filled.

Chances are tough as Welingkar doesn't go below 92-93 if profile is good. Otherwise, it is 95 and above.

With this score I don't think you could get any good MBA college for MMS.
Try next year.
But you can apply for PGDM in some good colleges.
Your CAT Percentile 65 is good. So, apply with your CAT percentile.

CAT stands for Common Admission Test and MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test. They are entrance exams for MBA.

Yes, you can get admission in RBS through MAT score.
A multi-stage selection procedure will be followed for admission.
The first phase of group discussion and personal interview will be conducted on the basis of December MAT and November CAT. The second phase of group discussion and personal interview will be conducted on the basis of January CMAT, January KMAT and February MAT. However, candidates who could not attend the first phase of group discussion and personal interview can also attend the second phase of group discussion and personal interview.
