There are very few colleges in Asansol. You will have to come in Kolkata, the main city.

Last year's cutoff was around 160 and this year's result has been better than previous year's, so you might face some difficulties, but 71.69 are impressive. You can also opt for maritime in BK.

Generally, cutoff for graduation percentage is 60% for most MBA colleges. So, if you are looking for top B-Schools it will be a difficult to task to get admission.

Yes, there are certain decent colleges who consider may MAT. But, you should google the list and find out the last date of application, entrance exam which they accept, cutoffs, etc. You may contact them directly.

If you go for any of those colleges then those won't be "top colleges". They would just be money making shops. I would suggest you to prepare well and write MHCET, CAT or XAT. Then you would definitely get admission in a top MBA college.
