You can attempt GMAT, a score around 650-700+ is good enough to get calls from good institutes like Great Lakes and ISB-Hyderabad. Good performance in GD/PI with good work profile will get you through.

You should join good coaching classes to prepare for the entrance exam (CAT, XAT, CMAT, SNAP, MHCET).

There are various topics to discuss in GD-PI round. Most of the topics are from current affairs like Demonization, Indian Politics, India and Pakistan Relations, Kashmir Issue, India and China, Censor Board, etc. You can also get topics on Indian Economy.

If you want to do MBA from a good college then you must appear for entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, etc. Some good colleges also have their own entrance exams.
If a college takes you without any entrance exam, don't go for those colleges as they are not good.
