You cannot take admission in any college. There are colleges which take MAT scores only, you can apply for those colleges only. There are top colleges too which accept MAT score.

It is better to be sure with a higher score in CAT/XAT but if you did not score well then use these tactics.
First shortlisted some colleges according to your rank or with the help of the invitation brochures you received.
Choose your interested field of job (core finance /financial product sales/HR/hardcore sales /marketing-sales).
Check if the average job profile which is offered by your college is your cup of tea or not (ask it better from the placement officer) and check job profile sustainability from LinkedIn alumni tour.
Find the average in hand salary for your choice of field (not CTC/package as this include TA, DA, media-claim,

Yes, there are chances of getting admission into Wellingkar for MBA. Your percentile is good. It depends on the cut-off set by the college but there are chances for getting admission with this percentile. You can refer to below link to find out which colleges you can get admission.
