It is good that you have an interest in CAT. Keep practicing probability and permutation combination from 11th/12th books or from various online maths portal. You can take a self-initiative by following 1) download the Hindu editorial app and Business Line app for a stock of vocabulary and market news update for GD-PI preparation.

Admission in any of the engineering colleges in Maharashtra is based on MHT-CET. You will have to appear for this exam and score good marks to get admission here.
Best wishes.

With 87 percentile in CET, it's impossible to get into any good college providing MMS course. However, you can apply for the PGDM courses of some good colleges like Welingkar, SIES and NL Dalmia. Since you're interested in Finance, NL Dalmia is the best choice as it's known for that specialisation. Fill its application form and submit ASAP. Prepare well for their interview rounds. As backup, you may also fill the forms of the other two colleges specially SIES.
All the best.

Yes, it is compulsory to wear formals for the GD-PI process of any B-School in India as it's an official interview after all. A shirt, pant, and tie(if mentioned) is a must.

All the top B-schools in India provide admission to the candidates only if they appear for the entrance exams (specified by them) and clear the required cutoffs. Also, they have their own interview process, clearing which you will be finally admitted. So, there is no scope of getting into any of these colleges through any other means(e.g. management quota, etc).
