With 60 percentile, it is not possible to get into IRMA even with OBC quota. Last year, the cutoff was around 80 percentile for OBC participants.
I would suggest you to improve your preparations and atleast try to score around 90 percentile which is sufficient for an OBC candidate.

You need to get a composite score of above 600, then you can get admission in a decent college.

59 percentile are not good enough for even a decent MBA college. You can opt for any other State level entrance exam or try next year.

Each college is placed under a league. 53 percentile is not a good enough score. I suggest you wait for the State Entrance Exam or appear for CAT again next year.

Final year graduates from any discipline including, science, humanities, commerce or engineering stream from a recognized institute or university are eligible to take up MAT 2017.
