You still have time to look for a job until the next batch passes out. Gaining an experience of atleast 3+ years is always recommended before opting for CAT and other entrance examinations. I would suggest you to opt for a job first and gain experience. The market is currently over saturated with candidates having Masters degree, but with no experience.

BPIBS University does not accept MAT score for the admission. They have their own entrance exam.

You can expect the result to be declared by the second week of January 2017. IIMs will roll out the cutoffs by January end.

With NMAT score, you have chances at NMIMS Hyderabad, while with MAT you have very few options for good colleges like below-

Admission in IIMs is based on the entrance exam. The minimum percentage required is 60%.

In CAT, there is no such thing called passing marks. What so ever will be your marks in the score card that much is required. That's all.

The top business schools require more than 700+ score. It will be butter if you score 730+. Therefore, all the best and get a good score.

Normally, IIM Indore announces notification in the month of March (second week) and applications will be received by 12th of April. In the month of May (second week), there will be entrance exam for the same. Therefore, wait and apply for the same.
