Congratulations to you for scoring so well. Yes you are eligible, now coming to the foreign trip, there is no such procedure for foreign trip, and the time you take admission you are eligible for the trip organized by the college. Now coming to the last year intake in PGDM so can you please specify intake in the country or any specific institute. Good Luck.

You should not believe blindly on college rankings. I would suggest you to apply for:
1. Christ University – Bangalore.
2. Alliance University – Bangalore.
3. Balaji Institutes – Pune.
4. XIME – Bangalore.
5. XIMR – Mumbai.
6. ITM - Mumbai.
These are some of the best colleges, which accept MAT scores and where you will stand a chance for a GD/PI call.

IIMs do not accept MAT scores for their admission process. IIMs conduct CAT. CAT scores are used by IIMs for selecting students for PI and WAT .

No, waiver of fee on the basis of percentile is not applicable. Yes, there may be some chances if you belong from reserved category (maybe).
Admission in IP will be made on the basis of rank obtained in CET i.e common entrance test.

Yes it is very much important to take these exams. Actually when you prepare for these exams you get to know and analyse things in a better way or it will be accurate to say in a logical way. That is very much required in a corporate world. So these exams test your reasoning and analysis capacity. So it is better you secure your admission through these exams. It will benefit you in long run.
Best wishes!!!
