Hi,
MBA in marketing can lead you to fat pay packages as Brand manager, project manager, sales manager, marketing manager, market research analyst, area/regional manager and even to the position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
A large chunk of CEO positions in top multinational companies are dominated by people from the Marketing background.
For best results, join top B-schools that offer you an exposure to international markets and global marketing techniques.
You should feel free to raise more questions. Appreciate it by giving it thumbs up or marking as best.
All the best!

Application deadlines means that it's the last date for the submission of their college form. After that period they won't entertain any more forms for admission.

Greetings Mr.Akram,
90 percentile in XAT should be a safe bet to get into IRMA. Since XAT is not the only step in the admission process, the said percentile secures the possibilities of clearing the admission process.

Greetings Ms.Divya
IRMA, encourages diversity in all aspects. All profiles are given importance to, but again, clearing interviews is not just about ones profile. So it cannot be explicitly said that IRMA gives preference to a certain kind of profile.
A 90 percentile should be a safe bet in both CAT and XAT.
Hope I have answered both your questions satisfactorily.
Kind Regards
Anish Madeti

Your graduation score won't fetch you admissions in XLRI. However it would be helpful to maintain a good, academically sound profile. Which would help you in placements.
For XAT cutoffs change every year, last year it was around 94 percentile for HRM and 96 percentile for BM.

According to me, marketing has good career growth and you will get a chance to work abroad once you join an MNC. Marketing roles generally starts from sales profile and people reaches to CEO level in 12-15 years, it depends on the individual's commitment. Digital marketing and market research has good career prospective for fresh MBS graduates.
