1. JBIMS, Mumbai one of the top 10 institutes in India. To get admission in the same, you need to score above 99 percentile in CAT.
2. KJ Somaiya, Mumbai for MMS (you need to score above 90 percentile in CAT or CET).
3. Welingkar, Mumbai for MMS (you need to score above 85 percentile in CAT or CET).
4. FMS, Delhi (you need to score above 99 percentile in CAT)
5. Pondicherry University (you need to score above 75 percentile in CAT).

You can appear for CAT, if you are in the final year of your graduation. It does not matter what subject have you studied before.

You cannot do as CAT is mandatory for BHU MBA. You need to wait for next year in order to apply for MBA at BHU.

SSC is Short Service Commission. It is for grade B and C job in the central government. Whereas, CAT and CMAT help you to get a seat for MBA.

First of all a very warm congratulations to you for scoring so good.Now coming back to your question, you are eligible to take admission in any reputed institute of the country which has a cut off list of such percentile.Also you have done your bachelor's in mechanical so there is a good scope for you to get a good institution a bright future is waiting. I am sorry to say but our insitute has a minimum cutoff of 60% in academics. So, you can't apply even if you get good score in CAT.

DoMS, NIT Trichy accepts CAT score only.Cutoff score for previous year varied between 90-95 based upon experience level.
