The syllabus is same for every year. You can just go through the books like:
1. AS Agarwal on quant.
2. DI and Verbal.
3. For LR, you can go for Peeyush Bharadwaj by Arihant series.

All the admissions are closed for 2016 year. It may be through ATMA or MICAT. You can try for next year admissions.

All you need to have is minimum 50% aggregate in graduation to get eligible to apply for CMAT.

To secure admission in Jindal Global Business School you will be shortlisted on the basis of the scores of CAT/XAT/ATMA/MAT/CMAT/GMAT or other state/national level test. Although final selection will be based on your test scores and overall performance in co-curricular activities also, there is no minimum set percentage but then it's advised that you score above 75% for applying.
And no, there are no such provisions provided for candidates who're alumni of Jindal school.

Final year students can also appear for such exams but in order to get placed in colleges you need to complete your graduation and meet the required age criteria.
