IIT-Bombay, SP Jain and NMIMS are the best colleges to aim for.
IITB cutoff- 98 percentile
SP Jain - profile based calls but have 95percentile to be on the safer side.
NM takes NMAT.

It depends on the college you are going to choose. All the colleges have different criteria and some private colleges give direct admission, but CMAT is compulsory for the same.

The syllabus for MAT and bank POs are the best. You can get through both of them if you could prepare for bank POs, since PO exams will be tougher than MAT.

140 is a below par score, I would suggest you can try once more or wait for result of other entrance exams. You might get better colleges based on the results of other exams.

CAT is considered. Your HSC marks is just a part of consideration .
It won't stop you from getting admission in college.
