Dear Swapnil, Congratulations for excellent score in CAT. As of your 10th & 12th scores are at lower sides, the chances are lower for Top IIMs. But, in my opinion, apply for New IIMs then. Also, apply for top 30 B-schools as your percenile is great. You can get top B-schools easily. Don't loose hopes! Check the college rankings and cut-off on https://Shiksha.com portal and apply for top colleges. And if you think, the fees are higher than your budget, top colleges give loan facility also. Go for MBA from Premier institutes. Best of luck for future!

No other criterion. You have to clear CAT or GMAT and then other MBA entrances are there. 50% in your graduation is must and your percentile in exam is what will be considered.

This is a very common concern upcoming. You can apply but you have to really work on your percentile and also then later in gd/pi it has to be impressive one. Though all IIM won't accept and reject the admissions.

Likesh, there are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.
Another way of admission is internal tests or admission criteria of individual Management Institutes or Universities.
Yet another way is of management quota seats.
If you appeared for any of the tests go for admission using that otherwise use your graduation scores for admission
