It's your wish.
CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, and NMAT are few of them.
Almost all the colleges accept MAT except IIMs, Xavier's, Symbiosis, and NMIMS. You need to qualify entrance exams like CAT, XAT, SNAP, or NMAT to get admission in IIMs, Xavier's, Symbiosis and NMIMS.
MAT is enough if you wish to apply for other good colleges.

Yes, you can appear for national level management entrance exams, but even if you score good marks in the CAT, MAT or XAT exam, you won't get admission in any of the B-schools. You will have to clear your backlogs, first.

Hi Roshan,
You need to sit for CMAT exam and then WBJEMAT exam in order to clear formalities to enter Heritage Business School. This is in addition to your academic results. Please come and meet the authorities in case you have any particular questions.
In case of questions please do not hesitate to write.
Best,
Soumi

You graduation marks are required at the time of admission. Try to clear all your backlogs (if any). Maintain the 50 percent aggregate throughout your graduation.

For taking CAT exam, you must be a final year graduate student or you should have completed your graduation.
So don't worry about 1st-year marks, you can improve it in coming years if you put some effort.
For CAT or other management exams, degree marks are not considered. You can attend it, but it is up to the college where you take the admission, marks are compulsory or not.

Academic scores dont effect your selection. You will get select on the basis of your CAT score and your GDPI score. You need to score atleast 95 percentile in CAT to get admission in DFS.

KITSOM, AIMS are two good colleges where you have decent chances. Check list of top MBA colleges accepting ATMA scores.
