Fist of all i will recommend you to go for degree course instead of PGDM, since in case later on if you wish to go for further studies it won't be given weight-age unless it is certified by AIU.

u can see the percentile in the mat score card if u r in delhi there are some chances to take admission

You will have to apply through all india seat but last year cutoff was around 99.7 %ile.
