AIMS Institutes (AIMS) (MAT Cutoff 70)
IFIM Business School (MAT Cutoff 50)
Indus Business Academy (IBA Bangalore) (MAT Cutoff 60)
Acharya Bangalore B-School (ABBS) (MAT Cutoff 60)
Kristu Jayanti College (KJC) (MAT Cutoff NA)
M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Management (MSRIM) (MAT Cutoff NA)
These are the few best names in Bangalore along with these there are plenty other good options like PES University, Alliance etc.
Note: MAT Cutoff is in %.

Your MAT percentile is low. You should target the CAT exam, which is held once a year, and look at scoring a minimum of 99 percentile in your first attempt, to stand a realistic chance of making it to the top 30 B Schools in India. The other option, is to look at taking the XAT exam, which is also held only once a year, in the month of January. Let me add here, that the level of difficulty of both these exams is very high, though it looks at different skills \ attributes

Yes, you can get admission on basis of CAT score. The average cut off is around 80 percentile for PGDM and 70 percentile for RM and IBM course.

For CAT , 10th may not be important but while applying to MBA colleges 10th and 12th marks are used for calculating the profile score .
