Top college like IIM's, FMS accept CAT score. With CMAT you will be able to get into average B-Schools.

To get into good college you have to give the entrance exam again. Or else check for colleges offering direct admission in Pune. Or you can go for distance MBA.

You must score at least 95 percentile. But in some cases even 95 percentile is not enough. You must aim for 97 percentile.

Yes, you most certainly are eligible to appear for CAT. However to merit an interview call from IIM's, you will have to do really well in your CAT. IIMs usually give a lot of weightage to past academic performance and you would not be in the top half. Hence to compensate for the same, you will need to be among top 0.5% in CAT. I would suggest you prepare well for CAT.
