Certain universities provide certificate and diploma courses in personnel management, labour laws, corporate management etc in regular/part time/distance mode. go through university websites of ignou, bhu, amu, jmi etc. u may try them. all the best.

While applying for mat, you will be provided a list of colleges that will accept that score. But you need to check with the colleges of your choice as you know admissions are subject to availability of seats in the colleges.
