It all depends on your effort and absorption level of basic concepts of English language, Mathematics, Logical reasoning, etc. Most students do follow the route of joining institutes that provide coaching that prepares you for such exams. Once your concepts are clear then it all boils down to practice in a real time environment.

Dear Priyal,
Considering your financial issues, I will suggest you to go for a government institution such as department of management studies, IIT Delhi. That's a better option than Asian School.

It's all about practice. CAT exam is in Dec, 2016. So, you have enough time to practice. Get a book of arihant as it is a good book to prepare.

Hi Neerav , usually Alliance asks for more than 65% in all the competitive exam, and after that on the PI date of alliance it conducts an Alliance MAT followed with extempore and PI, based on all the marks of these process you will be able to get admission in alliance. For more details please go through www.alliance.edu.in .

IMI Bhubaneswar do not consider MAT Scores for selection. It Consider CAT, XAT, GMAT and CMAT.
Based on your score , you are eligible to apply. Final selection will be based on GD/PI and academics.

Top A grade schools will require above 90% percentile. But, you will get good schools till 75% and below 75%, you might get a lot of B-schools but will not be good to join them. You should atleast try for above 80%.
