Every college would like to admit top class students. However, with so much competition and institutional preferences, students have a lot of options at their disposal as a result not all seats of all colleges are fully occupied (case specific). Hence, provision like management quota have been introduced.
Therefore, it will be difficult to comment as to which college will accept a low CAT score.

Depending on your seat allotment day based on your score for which firstly you will have to register yourself for the centralized process to even be eligible for the same . For more clarity on this please refer to the DTE site and the link that talks about all your queries , guidelines and in depth explanation on the admission process.
Cut off cannot be commented on .
However last year for an MMS seat the cut off was 93%tile .
