You should target Fore school of Management, New Delhi. Last year cut off was 87%. So, you may get some chance if you perform well in GD/PI. They are going to close the admission process in two days. So better hurry.
Some other colleges are:
• K J Somaiya, Mumbai
• Nirma University, Ahmedabad
• Great Lakes, Chennai
• IRMA, Anand
• T A Pai, Manipal
All these applications are still open and going to close soon. So apply as soon as possible.
All the best.

Hi Madhuri,
You can get apply with your MAT score card and then give WBJEMAT exam to get the score card. So you would need both. If you have any other question please do not hesitate to write.

Yes definitely you need to appear for MAT. Your score in CAT is very low. It is not possible for you to make into some good B-school with such a low score. But if you appear for MAT and crack it then definitely you might develop bright chances to get into top B-schools.
All the best.

Some of the top tier b schools from where you can expect a call for GD/PI are:
1) BITS Pilani
2) We School Mumbai
3) IIFM Bhopal
4) NIT Trichy
5) BIM Trichy
6) BIMTECH Noida
Note: See, your chances are low to get into these B-schools but you must not get hopeless. There are people who made into these B-school with a score of 75% in CAT 2014 after performing well in GD/PI.
So before considering some other colleges give out a try in these colleges. All of them are top tier colleges only.
All the best.
