The cutoff for the OBC, SC, and PwD categories is normally around 40 percentile. Admission requires CAT rankings, which are followed by group discussions (GD) and personal interview (PI) phases. An applicant's chances of being admitted into an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) are enhanced by scoring in the 99th percentile on the Common Admission Test (CAT). However other factors that affect admissions include prior academic performance, work experience, and performance in subsequent rounds such as the Written Ability Test (WAT) Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI).

MBA candidates must normally submit their results from standardised entrance exams, such as the MAT, CAT, or other comparable exams, to Nagaland University - Kohima Campus. The university may, however, take into account other comparable tests or administer its own entrance exam if a candidate does not have a MAT score. Strong academic standing and pertinent professional experience might also help an application. For the most recent details and any exceptions, it's advisable to visit the university's official website and review the exact admission requirements, or get in touch with the admissions office.

Your chances of being admitted to IEM Kolkata are less if your CAT score is between 60 and 70 percent; the institute often favors higher scores.

A strong performance on the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is essential for admission to the MBA program at Nagaland University - Kohima Campus. Applicants with MAT scores between 500 and 600 typically stand a good chance of being admitted. The cut-off, however, may change every year depending on the volume of applications and the test-takers' overall performance. A higher score increases one's chances of getting in and increases one's chances of getting a scholarship.

DOMS IIT Roorkee accepts CAT score for admission to MBA programme. Hence, applicants cannot get a seat in MBA without CAT. Besides, the selection for PhD course is based on UGC NET, CSIR NET, GATE, etc. Aspirants applying for PhD do not require a CAT score. So, the requirement will depend on the course opted by the candidates.

MAT is conducted four times a year-February, May, September and December. The score card is valid for one full year. So based on your score you can get admission. You don't have to wait for next session.

It is possible to apply for admission to the MBA programme at NALSAR University of Law's Department of Management Studies without taking the XAT exam. Scores from other accredited management admission tests, such the NMAT (NMIMS Management Aptitude Test), GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test), or CAT (Common Admission Test), are usually accepted by the university. Make sure you match the eligibility requirements, have a legitimate score from one of these recognised examinations, and finish the university's application process in order to be considered for admission.
