Candidates should have passed Bachelors's degree in any discipline with minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate from any recognised university. CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA scores will also be considered for admission in the management programme at DY Patil University. Relaxation of 5% aggregate marks will be provided to the candidates belonging to the ST/SC category. Students of the final year are also eligible for the programme.

The MAT composite score is referred to as marks calculated on the basis of performance in the first four sections of the exam as these sections are related to the skills required over a longer period of time in the management field. The cut-off is not pre-defined at BIMTECH. It depends upon the quality & number of applications received and varies from year to year for different courses. Moreover, score of CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT is not the sole criteria for admission.
