Hello! It's impossible to get admission at that score in any good college for MS since the cut-off of all the reputed colleges is generally 95+ percentile.

Hello! As long as you have at least 50% marks scored throughout your academics, you are eligible to apply for the interviews of FMS and IIFT. The final selection mainly depends upon your interview performance, though you need to ace it really well. Good luck!

Hello! Generally, it depends upon the colleges as to when are their deadlines to fill up the forms. Some keep it before the CMAT whereas some keep afterward. You need to check with the particular colleges about their dates.

Hello! It's impossible to get a good college at that low CET score since the cutoff of all reputed colleges is generally 80 percentile. I suggest you reappear for CET and/or other exams and aim for a much better score. Good luck!
