You can get into BIMM Pune or ISBS Pune and the rest depends upon how you perform on the day of admission process because nowadays the college gives more weightage on how you perform in GD/PI.

Entrance exam for JMI is definitely less difficult than CAT. I personally did not refer any particular book. Studied from internet and study material from a coaching institute. The concept should be clear to you. Thats it. Better you study according to entrance syllabus which will available from website.
Admission would be followed by entrance then GD and PI. Combined score will decide the admission. The forms will be out on Feb second week. And the entrance will be in June. So you should start preparing now. The entrance will not be that much difficult.

JB, The validity of the MAT score is for that particular session for most MS is one year. Hence you are not eligible.

Yes, you are eligible. The eligibility criteria are as under.
Eligibility: - A Bachelor's degree with minimum aggregate of 50%.
MAT 2017/2018 Minimum desirable Overall Percentile/Marks/ Percentage is 450 out of 800.
The other activities involves in selection are:
1. Psychometric Test (Psychometric test for students are specially designed to assess the abilities, competencies and intelligence levels that MBA aspirants are expected to possess.).
2. Group discussion (GD) /Case discussion and Personal Interview (PI).
