MBA is a professional degree, it prepares you to lead and run a business successfully. It is always desirable for an MBA aspirant to have some work-experience. Majority of the universities in the world require some type of work-experience to give admission into their MBA courses. Generally, 2-3 years of work experience is required to get into an MBA programme in German universities. However, it is highly variable and it will depepnd on your college.

GMAT is almost synonymous with MBA. Almost all the universities in Europe and US require a GMAT score for admission into their MBA programs. In Germany for some top universities GMAT score is required to get into the university. However, it is possible to get into a top buisness school to pursue MBA in Germany without GMAT score. Requirement of a GMAT score is highly optional and will vary from college to college.

The cost of an MBA will vary from college to college. However, the tuition fee in public German Universities are almost zero for international students. So, the cost associated with fee is generally not related wtih the main tuition fees. However, on average it the average first-year cost of studying MBA in Germany is INR 13.52. The average cost of living in Germany is around INR 3.57 Lacs per year.

International students planning to pursue an MBA degree from Germany are required to have satisfactory scores in GRE/GMAT and IELTS/TOEFL. The minimum requirements in the scores required may vary as per the universities. A range of GMAT score accepted by a few universities may be between 600 - 640 or more. The English language proficiency scores required will also vary as per the courses.

Yes, there various scholarships available for doing an MBA in Germany. Althoug, there almost no tuition fee for doing an MBA from Germany. Majority of the public universities in Germany do not charge any tuition fee for any courses even from international students. However, universities in Germany offer variouis types of scholarships to international students. Besides, there are many external fuding options available for international students.

If we talk about the GISMA Business School placements, then the average salary of MBA graduates is €105,000. The graduates are hired by global organizations like KPMG, IBM, UN, Amazon, BCG, etc.
