Every college through out india accepts admission in mba only on the basis of entrance test score, whether any nationalized score or their own but non of college's or university accepts admission without any entrance score.

So I would suggest looking into growing business hubs, for example B schools in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad will be very good places to start. After you've narrowed the location, it will become easier to choose a good b school on the basis of ranking, faculty, placement, etc. You'll find lots of lists on shiksha and minglebox of lists stating good b schools city by city.

To my understanding it is a very new and less known university offering MBA. There are very data available regarding placements at abhilashi university. Suggest to get it in detail from university officials

Dear Ramzana, MBA from abroad is definitely costlier since you must also consider an additional living expense. Again countries such as US, UK, Canada, Australia are more expensive compared to countries like Germany, Poland, Malaysia etc.

As far as your issue is concerned i suggest you to appear for other tests of government universities, most of the universities or colleges accepting MAT score are private having fee structure of above 3Lac Appx. very rare chances of any college accepting mat with fee upto 2lac, even if there is any that make no sense in joining that because such colleges aren't providing good facilities and exposer and placements.
so my recommendation is to appear for other tests.

Majority of Indians gain work experience after Indian MBA and then do MBA again from Ivory league of B Schools in USA for achieving higher career goals. You may do your SWOT analysis and plan for MBA in top B Schools abroad.
