I'll give you some data after that you can decide which one is better. Let us compare Harvard University USA and IIM Ahmedabad. Both are in the rank one position in their respective countries.
Fees
The minimum amount to do MBA from Harvard is around RS 60-70Lakhs and from IIM it is around Rs 20-30Lakhs including all fees and stay.
Placement
The average package of Harvard is Rs 76lakhs and IIM is Rs 26lakhs. Some few will get international placement form IIM where the salary will be very high. But the probability of International placement of IIM is very low as compared to Harvard.
Also,the global exposure of Harvard or any other US universities is 50 times more than Indian Universities. So if you are good with the fees definitely go for Harvard or any best US universities but if you are not ok with the fees you can do your MBA from India. Both provides quality education only. The difference is their placement and global exposure.

Distance Degree is equivalent to Regular degree but unfortunately some company dont give value same as regular
but you can go ahead with distance and if you not working any where its suggested that you should go for regular MBA

Symbiosis Distance learning PGDBM is not equivalent to MBA you will not be eligible for MBA Related jobs in Govt as well as private and PGDBM OR PGDM is only valuble when you do it in regular way also distance PGDBM or PGDM student are not eligible for UGC NET Exam and PHD (Management) program of any university if you choosing symbiosis then go for its regular PGDM its one of the best in country
Sikkim Manipal is Under lots of contradiction like degree scams and approval issue its only valuable when you write exam in Sikkim Manipal main campus
