MBA from IGNOU is highly regarded. Coming to the syllabus point of view, syllabus is standard and the course duration is of three years. Placements are also fine. You can opt and do well.

After chemistry honours i dont think you will be eligible for MCA. Rather go for MBA.

First, you need to qualify IELTS exam. You need to score required band. After qualifying IELTS, you can fill the forms of colleges offering MBA in mass media and communication. If selected, you can pursue this course in Canada.
