In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:
Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply. Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT.

Both are equally good and it depends on one's interest that in which course they want to pursue their career. PGDM has 4 sections of 60 each and RM has only one batch of 60. So placement wise this info can help you and to get admission in PGDM one should have higher score in entrance exam.

You can do MBA by correspondance or distance learning. It is suggested that you do MBA by distance learning after 2 or more years of experience to get real learning benifits.
