Dear i would always suggest you to go after top 30mba coll for best career graph.
Coll Like Mdi Gurgaon, Sp Jain, Jbims, IMI delhi, Xlri, Ximb, Great Lakes, TISS for HR, IIM A,IIM B,IIM C, IIM UDAIPUR, Sydenham are the best coll.

Thwre is no such thing called direct admission in premium bschools. Fees are same for all students except OBC, SC,ST. MAT & XAT have their own fees which is common.
