You can do BCom from Xaviers. But if you are keen on doing MBA afterwards, take up BBA course. It will help you with your MBA target. But know this, BBA is a one way course. You can do only MBA after BBA. But if you do BCom, you can go for MBA, MCom, CA, LLB, etc.

Most of the MBA entrance exams such as CAT use concept of percentile, not percentage, for calling candidates for interview. If you score above 95 percentile, you will definitely get interview calls from few top 30 B-schools.

You may evaluate IGNOU or Symbiosis.

You can evaluste and do Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Symbiosis School of Distance Learning.

MBA is a post graduate course. You first have to complete an Under graduate degree then qualify CAT exam to get into IIMs. Any degree completed with minimum 50% allows you to sit for CAT. If you're so keen on doing MBA from IIM, there is another way. IIM-Indore has started a 5yr integrated programme

Hi neel. Sri Balaji Society has 4 colleges. BIMM, BIMHRD, BITM, BIIB. All has Marketing in their stream. 2 HR stream in BIMM and BIMHRD. Telecom is taught especially in BITM. BIMM is the mother institute among all 4 institute. Average Package is Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 7,00,000.

mostly females chose HR line. and Big organisation companies give good salaries
